About Iwade @ the Barn
Iwade @ the Barn is a Grade II listed, former agricultural, barn which has been converted into a unique community space available for hire by community groups, local residents and businesses.
The barn comprises of a main hall (7m x 4m), a fully operational kitchen area, and a WC with disabled access.
It provides a great space for meetings, family gatherings, wakes, exhibitions and much more.

Iwade @ the Barn is pleased to offer our facilities for hire.
Hourly prices are £9.00 for private hire, £12.50 for businesses and FREE for community groups
with a minimum four hour booking policy. Please note, we do not accept teenage parties.
